Hi @venki.891981 Please make sure to watch the recording session within 7 days of the current session, and it must be watched in full without skipping. I hope this is clear.

Hi @venki.891981 , this issue is resolved. Please make sure you are not joining from any external links and that you are watching the session recordings from the classroom portal itself.
