The syntax used in this problem - [ start position : end position: interval ]
So [ 1 : : 3 ]
1 is the starting index
Till end we have to go because nothing is mentioned ( end position)
3 is the interval between elements or gap.
So in this at 1 St index 2 is present and we have to take interval of 3 elements so the answer is 5
