The file is not rendering in the github and i am not able to download the raw file. pls help.

I tried after clearing the cache but still problem not solved.
getting this error,
I clicked on downloads but nothing is happening.
If i can get other link or can download the file directly.

Ask your instructor to send that pdf again because the fault is in pdf I guess
