I have given both Data science and Python Certification exams. I faced many technical issues from your side. i also raised many tickets regarding all issues i faced, explaining them what all i faced in detail yet there was no proper response from support team. This is so unprofessional of them for not responding and assissting the students issues immediately. I suppose many of my batchmates faced similar kind of issues and support did not help them on time as well. This is not done. I request immeadiate attention for the same.
